JOHN W. BLUNT, JR., ASA, CCIM

EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

John Wallace Blunt, Jr. has more than 30 experience in commercial real estate including appraisal, brokerage, investment and property management. Appraisal assignments include the valuation of commercial, industrial, special purpose and residential properties in addition to appraisal review. John is a designated senior member with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and he is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. John passed all four modules of the General Comprehensive Examination of the Appraisal Institute and has met all of the experience requirements of the Appraisal Institute. He will submit his demonstration report by December, 2013 which is the final remaining requirement. John is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Texas. John earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial-Investment Real Estate Institute, a division of the National Association of Realtors.
